I have carried out research mainly in the field of constitutional theory. Accordingly, I wrote my PhD thesis on the legitimacy of constitutional review and the questions of constitutional reasoning in 2013. My research interests include human rights adjudication, rule of law and judicial independence. In recent years, I have been involved in international research projects on judicial independence and the quality of justice.
