As I wrote in Strategic Litigation, legal mobilization is a concept that examines the representation of collective interests by social movements through legal proceedings. One of its fundamental questions is the relationship between law and power, the hegemonic role of law.

What are Roma rights, if not just minority, social and civil rights? At the heart of Roma rights is the fight against racism and all its modern forms. This is my main field of research.

Strategic litigation is an important advocacy tool for social movements, the research of which is not yet developed in Europe and is in its infancy in Hungary.
